From Field Insight to Systemic Change
Progresiva Sustina Foundation (PSF India) was born from a simple yet powerful observation: India's most critical workers — the truck drivers who move 70% of the nation's freight — were invisible to the healthcare and welfare systems meant to protect them.
Working across logistics corridors in Odisha and West Bengal, our founders witnessed truck drivers driving 400–600 km per day with untreated vision impairments, unmanaged blood pressure, and no access to government welfare entitlements they were legally entitled to.
PSF was established to bridge this gap — not through charity, but through a Shared Value model that treats workers as essential economic contributors deserving of dignity, recognition, and systemic inclusion.
Today, we operate through a network of mobile health camps, digital tools, and community partnerships — delivering measurable impact that benefits truckers, their families, and the industries that depend on them.
